OAK HILL BAPTIST APPOINTS INTERIM PASTOR

Oak Hill Baptist Church, in Columbia Heights, recently announced the appointment of Dr. Ron Saari as Interim Pastor. Dr. Saari will begin serving Oak Hill in that role on April 1.

Pastor Ron began his pastoral ministry in Hampton, Iowa in 1973 as a church planter, serving Faith Baptist Church until 1980.

For the following ten years he served as Senior Pastor at Salem Baptist Church in Orland Park, IL. He then assumed the role of Senior Pastor at Central Baptist Church in St. Paul, from which he retired in 2013.

Following his retirement, Pastor Ron served Oak Haven Church, in Ham Lake, as their interim pastor. He served in that role for over two years.

Pastor Ron is an alumnus of Wisconsin State University, with a B.A. in Math. He also is an alumnus of Bethel University, with both a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctorate of Ministry.

Pastor Ron and his wife, Priscilla, have two children: Matthew and Katey.

The public is invited to worship with our church family.

On Sunday morning there is Sunday school at 9:00 a.m. and Morning Worship at 10:00 a.m.
