Lunch out and a Tour of the Storm Water Park and Learning Center of the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization!
We will plan to meet at church at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, June 14th to carpool to the Carma Coffee Shop at 520 Lowry Ave NE for lunch. Parking is available on Lowry Avenue, at the adjacent Carma Car Shop and on 6th Street along side the coffee shop. After lunch we will go to the Watershed facility at 2522 Marshall St NE for a tour led by our own Tammy Schmitz. We can learn of ways to preserve our rainfall and improve the water quality of our lakes and rivers. Displays indoors and outdoors. The tour is available rain or shine.
